Every child's path forward looks a little different. We meet families where they are with ABA, speech, and occupational therapy delivered by one coordinated team, so your child's plan fits together instead of being scattered across providers.

Why Us?
What makes Enlight unique.
Every plan starts with what your child can do today and grows from there, shaped 1:1 by board-certified analysts who know your family.
Speech and occupational therapy share the building and your child's ABA team, so progress in one area lifts progress in the others.

Frequently asked questions
View all FAQsI think my child is showing signs of autism. Should I wait to get them evaluated?
Many parents hope their child will catch up naturally, and it's normal to feel unsure about pursuing an evaluation. But waiting too long to seek an autism diagnosis can mean missing valuable opportunities for early support.
Early diagnosis lets children begin therapies like ABA sooner, which can improve how they communicate and connect with others, and how they learn day to day. Starting ABA early, ideally between 18 months and 5 years old, gives children the strongest foundation for long-term growth.
Is ABA therapy effective for autism?
Yes. Every autistic child is unique, and some experience more progress with ABA therapy than others. But research shows that children who receive two or more years of intensive behavioral intervention, including ABA, can often participate in school and social activities at the same level as their peers.
Can someone help me understand my insurance benefits?
Yes. Enlight has a dedicated team of insurance specialists who handle:
- Verifying your benefits
- Explaining deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
- Submitting paperwork and prior authorizations
- Answering your financial questions
Our goal is to remove barriers so families can focus on milestone moments, not paperwork.
How can ABA therapy help my child?
Every child's journey is unique, and ABA therapy is personalized to meet your family's priorities. At Enlight, we focus on helping children diagnosed with autism build practical, everyday skills while supporting families along the way.
ABA therapy can help your child grow in:
- Communication: Using words and gestures, or a communication device, to express needs and connect with others
- School readiness: Learning to imitate others and follow a routine, which builds the early skills school asks for
- Behavior support: Finding safe, gentle ways to meet a need while easing the unsafe behaviors that can come with it, like hitting or hurting themselves
- Social skills: Playing alongside other kids, and learning to share and take turns
- Self-care: Everyday routines like brushing teeth and cleaning up toys
Can therapy be done after school or on weekends?
Our Fridley center is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We work with each family to build a schedule that fits around school and daily routines, so reach out and we'll talk through the options that work best for your child.
